FLOTATION TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS
Flotation machine process, also known as plankton beneficiation, refers to the use of physical and chemical properties of mineral surface difference separation process of mineral particles, is the most widely used beneficiation method.
Mainly used for the separation of copper, zinc, lead, nickel, gold and other non-ferrous metals, can also be used for black metal and non-metallic rough selection and selection. Flotation is suitable for the treatment of fine and micro-fine particles. It is difficult to recover micro-fine particles less than 10μm by other beneficiation methods, but it can also be treated by flotation.
The mined ore is initially crushed by the main jaw crusher in the mineral processing equipment, and evenly sent to the ball mill by the elevator and the ore feeder after being crushed to a reasonable fineness. The ore is crushed and ground by the ball mill of the mineral processing equipment.
After the ball mill grinding ore fine material into the next process: classification. With the help of the principle that the specific gravity of solid particles is different and the precipitation rate in the liquid is different, the spiral classifier cleans and classifies the ore mixture.
After washing and grading the mineral mixture in the magnetic separator, due to the different specific magnetization coefficient of various minerals, the magnetic material in the mixture is separated by magnetic force and mechanical force.
After the magnetic separator preliminary separation of mineral particles are sent to the flotation machine, according to different mineral characteristics to add different drugs, so that the minerals and other substances to separate.
After the minerals are separated, because they contain a lot of water, they must be preliminaryconcentrated by the concentrator, and then dried by the dryer. Then dry minerals can be obtained.
Flotation process by jaw crusher, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator, flotation machine, concentrator and dryer and other main equipment, with the ore feeder, elevator, conveyor can form a complete ore processing production line. The production line has the advantages of high efficiency, low energy, high throughput and reasonable economy.
