Magnetic Separation Processing Flow
Magnetic separation process is a kind of magnetic separation process method of magnetite combined wet and dry beneficiation. When mineral particles pass through the magnetic field of the magnetic separator, they are simultaneously subjected to the joint action of magnetic and mechanical forces (gravity, centrifugal force, medium resistance, friction, etc.). The magnetic force of the ore particles with strong magnetism is greater than the mechanical force, and the magnetic force of the non-magnetic ore particles is small, and the mechanical force predominates. Due to the different combined forces of magnetic and mechanical forces acting on various ore particles, their movement trajectories are also different, so as to achieve the final separation of minerals. In order to successfully separate the magnetic particle, the necessary condition is that the magnetic force of the magnetic particle must be greater than the combined force of the mechanical force in the opposite direction.
The process of magnetic separation and beneficiation production line is roughly:
(silo) – feeder – jaw jaw crusher, cone crusher, vibrating screen, ball mill, spiral classifier, magnetic separator (powder) can be obtained. The machines in between can be connected by conveyor.
