Three disc belt magnetic separator is divided into cp-500, cp-600 two models, suitable for dry separation of titanium ore, rare earth ore, tungsten-tin ore, chromite, niobium-tantalite, limonite, zirconium, gold red, monazone, andalusite, lanite, feldspar, quartz and other magnetic differences of metal mineral material selection or non-metallic materials in addition to iron high-strength magnetic separator scope.

Magnetic separator main features:
1, rotary vertical rotation, recoil concentrate. The problem of magnetic medium plugging in flat ring high intensity magnetic separator is a technical problem that has not been solved for decades at home and abroad. dls series magnetic separator adopts rotary vertical rotation mode, for each group of magnetic media, the direction of flushing concentrate is opposite to the direction of feeding, and the coarse particles do not have to pass through the magnetic medium pile to wash out, thus effectively preventing the blockage of the magnetic medium.
2. Set the pulp high-frequency vibration mechanism to drive the pulp to produce pulsating fluid force. Under the action of fluctuating fluid force, the ore particles in the pulp are always in a loose state, which can improve the quality of magnetic concentrate.
