Product introduction
Disc feeder, also known as (disc feeder), disc feeder is an auxiliary equipment of material transporter. It is usually used for continuous and uniform supply from silos, hoppers and other containers to transport machinery or appliances. The capacity is not greater than 2000kg/cubic block, granular and other materials, such as coal, cement, ore, limestone, clay, etc., the feeding is accurate and can reduce the crushing effect of the material.

6. The drive device is symmetrically arranged, and double push rods are used to balance the love force of the whole machine, the transmission is stable, and the torsion phenomenon when the bottom plate is reciprocating is eliminated.
Working principle: The disc feeder is mainly composed of a motor, a deceleration device, a disc, a general sleeve, a scraper, a feeding adjustment device and a channel steel column. It is driven by a motor suspended on the side of the disc sleeve to drive the disc to rotate through the V-belt and the vertical shaft of the worm gear reducer. The lower section of the disk sleeve is connected with the worm gear reducer, the upper section is connected with the silo through the channel steel column, and the motor is fixed on the side of the disk sleeve through the motor base.
