Product introduction
The flotation machine is driven by the motor V-belt to drive the impeller to rotate, which generates centrifugal action to form a negative pressure. On the one hand, sufficient air is inhaled to mix with the pulp, on the other hand, the pulp is mixed with the medicine, and the foam is refined at the same time, so that the mineral is bonded to the foam. It floats to the surface of the slurry to form mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the gate, control the liquid level, so that the useful foam is scraped out by the scraper.

There is a false bottom above the bottom of the tank, and the pulp can flow between the two and circulate through the guide pipe, so the pulp can be circulated in a fixed route in the lower part (Figure 5-2-14, also It can reduce the depth of the impeller immersed in the pulp, and increase the air volume, so that the foam can be fully dispersed; 7. The degree of stirring is moderate, the solid particles are well suspended, do not sink in the tank, and do not need to draw ore when parking. Working principle: When the impeller rotates, a vortex is generated in the vertical cylinder and the draft tube, which forms a negative pressure, sucks the air from the intake pipe, and mixes with the slurry sucked in through the draft tube in the impeller and stator area. The slurry-gas mixed flow is formed by the impeller to form a tangential motion, and then converted into a radial motion by the action of the stator, and is evenly distributed in the flotation cell. The mineralized foam rises to the foam layer, and the foam product is scraped off from one side or both sides.
