The sawtooth wave jig changes the sinusoidal pulse periodic curve of the traditional jig, but adopts the sawtooth pulse periodic curve. This design idea is especially aimed at the gravity separation of fine-grained mineral particles with small particle size. Therefore, the trapezoidal jig is especially suitable for the beneficiation of placer gold mine, tantalum niobium mine, mercury mine, antimony mine, tungsten tin mine, placer tin mine and gold mine. It is widely used in the beneficiation of tungsten, tin, gold, iron, manganese, titanium, chromium, sulfur and other minerals and the comprehensive recovery and utilization of smelting slag such as manganese slag, chromium slag and stainless steel slag. JT series sawtooth wave jig is an upgraded version of the traditional down moving jig. From the perspective of internal structure, it is a kind of single row and double chamber down moving jig.



Product application

Working principle: jig belongs to deep groove type centrifugation equipment. All jigs have jigging chambers. Actuating mechanism and product discharge mechanism for agitating water flow movement. The screen plate in the jigging chamber is made of punched steel plate, woven iron screen or grate. The water flow enters the jigging chamber through the screen plate, which should make the bed rise to a small height and slightly loose. The particles with high density enter the bottom layer due to high local pressure and sedimentation speed, and the particles with low density move to the upper layer. When the water flow drops, the fine particles with high density can also enter the lower layer through the gradually tight bed gap to supplement the mechanism for encouraging the water flow movement in layers according to the density. In the early years, the piston was used. The piston chamber was set on the side of the jig chamber, and the lower part was connected. The eccentric connecting rod mechanism drives the piston to move up and down.
