The experimental cylindrical ball mill is a fully enclosed dry and wet dual-purpose intermittent grinding equipment, which is used for semi-industrial laboratories or other small industrial mills for building materials (especially cement and ceramic industries), refractory materials, metallurgy, coal, light industry, chemical industry, agriculture, etc. The fine material is used for ore selectivity research work, and it is a kind of transitional grinding equipment between continuous grinding and intermittent grinding. It is also a more suitable grinding equipment before artificial heavy sand separation minerals in geological experiment work.

Working principle: The ball mill is equipped with four ball mill tanks on a large plate. When the large plate rotates (revolution), it drives the ball mill tank to rotate (rotate) around its own axis, thereby forming planetary motion. The transmission ratio of revolution and rotation is 1:2 (one revolution for one revolution and two revolutions for autorotation). The grinding ball and the abrasive in the jar collide with each other, crush, grind and mix the test samples under the action of the two centrifugal forces of revolution and rotation.
