Suitable for the separation of black and non-ferrous metals, chemistry, construction, metallurgy and other aspects of the experimental research.

Product application
Diaphragm jig used in coal preparation plants in China include lower cone vibration diaphragm jig and side diaphragm jig. The body of the conical vibrating diaphragm jig is welded by steel plate. The screen plate is fixed between the upper and lower brackets of the rectangular body welded by steel plate. The second screen plate is slightly lower than the first screen plate when installed. The lower part of the body is gradually contracted from a square to a cone with a circular mouth, so that a special rubber diaphragm can be connected with the lower vibration cone. The two cones share a balance bracket. The balance bracket is supported by a rubber bearing seat and installed in the middle of the frame. The two cone bottoms are supported on the bracket by rubber bearings. The transmission device is driven by the motor and gearbox adjustable eccentric wheel at one end of the bracket drive, so that the balance frame with the middle bracket as the axis for up and down reciprocating vibration, driving the two cones installed on the bracket also for reciprocating vibration. Diaphragm jig mostly adopts artificial bed through sieve discharge, heavy products at the bottom of the cone by the valve regularly discharged. The lower part of the body screen plate is equipped with a water inlet pipe, which is controlled by the valve.
When the water flow up, the grain group is loose suspension state, at this time, light, heavy, large, small different grains due to different sedimentation speed, will move each other, the heavier coarse particles sink to the lower layer. When the water flow drops, the suction is used, and the “resolution” phenomenon occurs, that is, the mineral particles with large density and small particle size pass through the gap with large density and large particle size into the lower layer. The particle population system is stratified by density due to multiple cycles of up-and-down agitation of the diaphragm. As a result of stratification, bed stone is located in the lowest layer due to the high density of fine particles, and then on the large density of coarse particles, it is a small density of medium particles, the top is a small density of coarse particles, small density of fine particles in between coarse particles and medium particles, can not enter the lower layer. The large density of coarse and fine ore particles in the lower layer through the bed stone layer leakage from the sieve hole, collected by the water tank and discharged by the concentrate port 6; Light particles located in the upper layer move to the tail of the jig to discharge under the promotion of transverse water flow and continuous ore feeding, so as to achieve the purpose of beneficiation.
