Working principle: erect the spiral chute, calibrate the vertical line, fix it in a suitable position with iron frame or wood, send the ore sand to the two feed ports on the top of the screw by the sand pump, add supplementary water, adjust the concentration of the ore paddle, The pulp naturally swirls from high to down. The ore pulp produces an inertial centrifugal force in the rotating inclined surface flow rate. The ore pulp expands to the outer edge of the spiral groove under the action of centrifugal inertia under the action of gravity and centrifugal force due to the difference in specific gravity, particle size and shape of the ore sand. As a result, the flow characteristics of thin flow layer at the inner edge and low flow velocity, and thick flow layer at the outer edge and high flow velocity are formed, which separates the ore from the sand. Finally, the concentrate, medium ore, tailings and sludge are respectively taken out through the ore separation valve and the ore carrying tank, so as to realize the separation.
