Working principle: The material enters the vertical shaft crusher from the feeding hopper, falls vertically from the feeding port, part of the falling material is dispersed by the high-speed rotating distributor, and collides with the inner lining plate of the equipment for crushing, and another part of the material falling vertically can directly contact the first crusher. The layer hammer head is crushed, and collides with the material separated by the distributor to crush the stone to make sand. During the crushing, it impacts on the inner material lining, is rebounded by the material lining, and impacts the second layer of the hammer head and changes its movement. direction, so that the material hits the inner material lining plate at a high speed and falls vertically to form a continuous material curtain like collision to make sand, so that a piece of material is subjected to multiple machine-beating and stone-beating sand making in the vortex crushing chamber. After the process reaches the appropriate particle requirements, the fourth-layer hammer head is used for shaping work to meet the final needs of customers, and the final shaped finished materials are discharged through the lower discharge port.
