- Cause of knocking sound of elastic coupling: loose pin shaft; Worn elastic ring; Troubleshooting: stop and tighten the pin nut; Replace the elastic ring.
- Causes of knocking sound inside the machine: non broken objects enter the machine; The liner plate fastener is loose and the hammer strikes the liner plate; Broken hammer or other parts. Troubleshooting: stop the machine and clean the crushing chamber; Check the fastening of the lining plate and the gap between the hammer and the screen strip; Replace broken parts.
- Causes of machine vibration: the static balance of the rotor does not meet the requirements due to replacement of hammer head or wear of cone head; The hammer head is broken and the rotor is unbalanced; The pin shaft is bent and broken; Triangular disc or circular disc crack; Anchor bolts are loose. Elimination method: remove the hammer head and select the hammer head according to the weight, so that the total weight of the hammer on each hammer shaft is equal to the total weight of the hammer on the opposite hammer shaft, that is, the static balance meets the requirements; Replace the hammer head; Replace the pin shaft; Electric welding repair or replacement; Tighten the anchor bolts.
