The trommel screen is mainly used to classify the particle size of the material, and is widely used in electric power, mining, metallurgy, building materials, chemical and other production industries. It is often used in the classification of refractory materials, coal, sand quarry stones, and the screening of sticky and wet materials such as coal, coke, white ash, placer gold ore, etc., so that the product structure is more uniform to meet production needs. The trommel screen overcomes the screen sticking problem of various vibrating screens when screening wet materials, and improves the output and reliability of the screening system. It is suitable for screening materials of various properties, as well as coal, coal gangue, coke slaked lime and other wet and easy-to-clog materials.

Strong adaptability to materials, materials of various properties such as viscosity, high humidity, dirty and miscellaneous properties can be screened, and the feeding methods are diversified. Working principle: The motor drives the axis of the drum to rotate, the reducer adjusts the cylinder to rotate at a certain speed, the material enters the cylinder from the feeding port, and under the action of the centrifugal force generated by the rotation, the material rolls in the cylinder and passes from top to bottom. The grading screen is separated out. Due to the different grading sizes of the screen, the materials are gradually separated and screened. The materials with qualified particle size fall into their respective hoppers after screening, and then are transported out manually or sent to the finished product station by the conveyor. Qualified products are discharged through the discharge port at the lower end, and the particles are larger. The unqualified products are discharged through another discharge port, and the cleaning device in the cylinder makes the screen unfavorable to be blocked.
