Vibrating screen is specially designed for screening and sorting stone quarries, but also for coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, electric power and chemical industry and other departments for product classification. The screen machine has advanced structure, strong vibration force, low vibration noise, easy maintenance, durable and so on.  Vibrating screen can be divided into light vibrating screen and heavy vibrating screen, general light vibrating screen for screening food, medicine, etc.;  Heavy duty shakers are generally used to screen ore and are used in conjunction with crushers. 

 

Product application

The application scope of vibrating screen is very wide, almost involves every aspect of life in the processing and manufacturing need to use various types of vibrating screen.  

Vibrating screen is mainly used in mining, coal, smelting, building materials, refractory materials, light industry, chemical industry, medicine, food and other industries.  

Vibrating screen is most used in concentrator, according to the different transmission mechanism, and can be divided into the following kinds: eccentric vibrating screen, inertia vibrating screen, self-defined center vibrating screen, resonance screen. 

 

 

Working principle: Effective range of particles of different size of the broken material group, many times through the uniform cloth hole of the single or multi-layer screen surface, divided into a number of different levels of the process into screening.  Larger than the sieve particles on the screen, called the screen surface on the screen, smaller than the sieve particles through the sieve, called the screen surface under the screen.  Actual screening process is: a lot of different size, mixed degree of broken material into the screen surface, only part of particles in contact with the screen surface, due to the vibration of the sieve box, oversize material layer is loose, the larger particles clearance was further expanded, are already small particles to fly through the gap, transferred to the lower or the transport.  As the gap between small particles is small, large particles can not pass through, so the original disorderly arrangement of particles has been separated, that is, according to the particle size of the stratification, forming a small particles in the bottom, coarse particles in the top of the arrangement rule.  Reach the fine particles on the screen surface, less than the sieve hole through the screen, the final realization of coarse and fine particle separation, complete the screening process.  However, adequate separation is not possible, and a portion of the under – sieve is generally left in the above – sieve during screening.  Fine grain sieve, although the particles are smaller than the sieve hole, but they sieve through the degree of difficulty is different, material and sieve size similar particles, sieve through the lower layer of the particle gap is more difficult.
