Application, work principle and classification:

  1. Application: mainly used for weak magnetic field wet sorting or removal of fine particles of strong magnetic minerals, such as rough selection and featured selection of iron removal of non-ferrous metals like, black tungsten ore, titanium ore, magnetite, ferrous and non-metallic minerals.
  2. Work principle: to use the difference in the specific magnetization coefficient of the mineral itself to separate magnetically conductive minerals from non-magnetic minerals.
  3. Classification: countercurrent LZCTN, downstream LZCTS, semi-reverse LZCTB
  4. Magnetic Field Range: within 8000 Gauss
