Work and maintenance: 1. Only after the mill runs normally, can start feeding. 2. The machine is forbidden to start with material. When it is stopped for some reason, the residual ore in the middle of the grinding tank must be cleaned up before starting. 3. The material should be evenly fed, and it should not be too much or too little. It is better to use a feeder. 4. The bearing part must be frequently added with butter, and the gear box or the rear axle of the car must be frequently checked for damage to the gear oil. 5. Always check whether the screws in each part are loose. 6. When the bearing is found to be damaged, it must be replaced in time to avoid damage to other parts due to shaft eccentricity 7. When the mill is running, pay attention to whether there is abnormal noise in the reducer or the bearing part, whether there is abnormal temperature rise, whether the motor current is too large, etc.; 8. When overhauling the machine, in order to ensure safety, the motor belt must be removed.
